I was told i cannot work just with another assistant only with nursery nurse present. I find this rather demeaning as i have the qualification and just got thejob and thought it has to do with pay .....
I was told it has to do with ofsted- can anyone tell me if this is right?
Also what happened to children s play in the last few years- why do they have to learn and be self sufficient soooo early...
